Shipping Policy
At LUNAWIN Crystal, we do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible while maintaining the care each handmade item deserves.
Processing Time

Most orders require 2–5 business days for processing before they are handed over to our carrier.

During peak seasons, holidays, or for highly popular items with limited stock, processing may take up to 10 business days.

Once your order has entered the shipping process, no changes (including address adjustments) can be made. Please ensure your details are correct at checkout.

We ship Monday through Thursday only. Orders are not shipped on Fridays, weekends, or national holidays.
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking details once your order has left our facility.
Multiple Items
If your order includes multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on availability or the production location of our partners. You may receive items on different days.
Tracking Information

All shipments include a tracking number, which will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates may take several days to appear in the carrier’s system.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

LUNAWIN Crystal is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact your local carrier directly and/or file a claim.

We rely on carrier timestamp and delivery confirmation records when reviewing claims. Claims submitted without timely reporting may not be honored.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Because we begin processing orders quickly, we cannot make address changes once your order has been confirmed. If an incorrect address is provided, LUNAWIN Crystal cannot be held liable for undeliverable shipments.
